My story
Outline
IN SHORT
I’m a life long photographer. I always had a camera lying around. My photography journey really took off at the age of 12 when I received my own camera. At 15, “Capital” magazine published my first photo essay, which was about a horse race in Cologne.
When I started photographing actors in 1999, I made a point to avoid looking at the work of my direct competitors. I wanted to find my own style in portrait photography and not be influenced by prevailing trends.
In 2012, I also began to explore urban and landscape photography, which provided me with the opportunity to further refine my artistic style and vision.
So, I’ve been involved in photography my entire life. Do I even need to say that I’m passionate about photography?
