For three days, I embarked on a photographic journey to Sassnitz, and I could hardly wait to capture the beauty of this city. My camera was my faithful companion as I wandered through the old town of Sassnitz. The winding alleys and charming half-timbered houses immediately transported me to another time. Every step revealed new subjects that I captured with my lens and preserved for eternity.

The lighthouse of Sassnitz piqued my curiosity, and I couldn’t resist photographing it from different angles. Its majestic appearance against the blue sky was simply breathtaking. It was as if it were telling a story from times past.

My next destination led me to Jasmund National Park. During my hike through this natural paradise, I was able to fully enjoy the beauty of nature. The chalk-white cliffs proudly towered high, offering a stunning sight. With every step, I felt the energy and magic of this place, and I made sure to capture moments of silence and tranquility to later express them in my photographs.

The Kaiserstuhl offered me an impressive view of the surrounding landscape. From there, I could admire the wide horizon and feel the wind on my skin. It was a moment of freedom that I wanted to capture in a single image. I took my time to wait for the perfect moment and press the shutter button as the sun slowly set behind the hills.

On my hike to Lohme, I encountered many people and animals. The encounters were warm and enriched my journey. I discovered the beauty of nature and the diversity of life in its purest form. Some of the animals were so friendly that I could photograph them up close. Their curiosity and grace were reflected in the pictures and reminded me of how precious our planet is.

These three days in Sassnitz were full of unforgettable moments that I immortalized in my photos. The old town, the lighthouse, the national park, the Kaiserstuhl, and the encounters with people and animals – all of these are memories that come to life in my pictures.
